Starting Fall 2024: BPNY will offer gas inspections for Local Law 152

Local Law 152 requires periodic inspections of gas piping systems. It is a building owner’s responsibility to have an inspection conducted by a certified gas operator working under a Licensed Master Plumber. This Fall, BPNY will be standing by, ready to help our customers with this requirement.
